The House is a single story ranch configuration with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a powder room, great room with pool table, TV, living and dining room furniture, and a large full kitchen. It has Cable TV, local phone, broadband access, wireless network, and a Vonage internet phone system for making and receiving calls from the US. The House is also equipped with a monitored Security System. A large pool 8ft. deep is surrounded on three sides by large covered decks. For outside entertaining and recreation there is a large gas BBQ. The House is located on about 1.5 acre of ground and has a steep private driveway. On the entrance level there is a two car garage and a one bedroom apartment with private entrance. Maid service is available upon request.

This downpayment is non-reefundable.

Should you however need to cancel your reservation a credit not in the amount of the downpayment minus U$ 100 administration fee will be issued to you. The credit note has a validity of 12 months to give you a chanceee to re-book for a different datee.
